Index Management

A page that is not indexed cannot rank. Index Management connects to Google Search Console and shows the index status of every URL on your website — indexed, crawled but not indexed, discovered but not indexed, or excluded. Follow daily indexation trends, run URL inspections, scan and save your sitemaps, and catch indexing problems before they cost you traffic.

Index Status Overview

See how many of your URLs are indexed, crawled but not indexed, discovered but not indexed, not indexed or still pending. Each status shows the change since your previous scan, so you notice new indexing problems as soon as they appear.

Learn more about Index Management

What Do the Index Statuses Mean?

Indexed pages are in Google's index and can appear in search results. Crawled – currently not indexed means Google visited the page but chose not to index it yet. Discovered – currently not indexed means Google knows the URL but has not crawled it. Not indexed pages are excluded, and Unknown / Pending pages have not been checked yet.

How Often Is the Data Updated?

Index Management stores daily snapshots from Google Search Console. You can run checks manually or turn on scheduled crawls to keep the data up to date.

Is There a Limit on URL Inspections?

Google Search Console applies a daily quota to URL inspection queries. Raiser shows how much of today's quota you have used, so you can plan your checks.

Can I Work With My Sitemaps?

Yes. You can scan your sitemaps, save them in Raiser and compare the submitted URLs with their index status.
